Global revenue management solution company, OTA Insight, will unveil its new revenue insight tool at this year’s HITEC Toronto.
Starting today (26 June) until 29 June, the company will be showcasing the new platform’s key functionalities.
The newest addition is designed to help hotels analyse their revenues and online channel shift in real time. Hoteliers will receive automatic alerts if there is a decrease in room nights coupled with deeper insight into the reasons behind the change.
The analytics will show hotel owners if they are losing or winning business and which areas are being affected. Hotels will also be able to analyse their pricing versus competition and understand if a property is optimally priced, resulting in increases or decreases in revenue.
