The Grant Arms Hotel in Grantown-on-Spey has been brought to market off a guide price of over £1.85m.
Located centrally on the Square in Grantown-on-Spey within the Cairngorms national park, The Grant Arms Hotel is a traditional town centre hotel and is an historic listed building with accommodation over four principal floors.
The hotel provides 51 bedrooms currently furnished to a four-star standard, a spacious bar, a restaurant and a bird and wildlife watching club.
The original building was built in 1765, making it one of the oldest hotels in Scotland and has previously welcomed both Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth II.
