Interstate Hotels and Resorts, the international arm of Aimbridge Hospitality, has been awarded the management contract for a new Hampton by Hilton property in East London.
The third-party management firm has signed the 183-guest room property, which is set to open in Bromley-by-Bow in 2023.
Owned by Bow Village Ltd – a real estate agent that has owned the site in the borough of Tower Hamlets for more than 20 years – the property will welcome both business and leisure travellers.
David Anderson, executive vice president – international at Interstate Hotels and Resorts, said: “We’re thrilled to be strengthening our presence in London with the signing of the new Hampton by Hilton in Bromley-by-Bow.”
Along with the 183 guest rooms, the hotel will house meeting rooms and extensive food and beverage facilities including a 150-seater restaurant – The Living and The Gathering zone.
Brands managed by Interstate include Novotel, Adagio, Courtyard, Hilton Garden Inn, Hyatt Place, Radisson, Residence Inn, Staybridge, Mercure, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express, among many others.
Interstate’s portfolio also comprises a number of independent hotels, restaurants and spa and health brands, including Marco Pierre White, Novelli at City Quays and Mamucium.
