The Eden Hotel Collection has launched new luxury ‘secret hideaways’ within the grounds of two hotels for intimate weddings, private dining and celebrations.

Mallory Court Country House Hotel and Spa in Leamington Spa, part of the Eden Hotel Collection, has also signed a new partnership with former West End and Broadway star Lucy Nicholls to coincide with the unveiling of its new outdoor event space, The Pavilion.

Nicholls, the CEO and creative director of PS Events in Stratford-upon-Avon, creates bespoke entertainment for celebrities, VIP clients and attractions including Warwick Castle and Formula 1.

The company also specialises in transforming spaces and can be booked by guests at the 43-bedroom Warwickshire hotel to provide professional set dressing to suit any occasion held in The Pavilion.

Nicholls said: “We are beyond thrilled to be working with the Eden Hotel Collection. We both share an incredibly high expectation of customer experience always being at the core of everything.

“We can work with clients to come up with a design to transform The Pavilion and set the stage for any celebration whether it is an intimate wedding, birthday party, baby shower or anniversary.”

The Pavilion is hidden within 10 acres of landscaped gardens at Mallory Court and can seat up to 15 or host up to 20 standing guests for a drink’s reception.

The Eden Hotel Collection has also launched The Hide at sister hotel The Greenway Hotel and Spa in Shurdington, Cheltenham. The garden room events space is set within eight acres of landscaped grounds and rolling Gloucestershire countryside and seating up to 16.

It added the team at the 21-bedroom Elizabethan manor house hotel work closely with couture florist Alison Gainsford, of Lili Floral Art in Redditch, who can liaise in partnership with guests to decorate the venue.

Mark Chambers, group managing director of the Eden Hotel Collection, said: “We felt The Hide and The Pavilion would enhance the choices our guests have at both The Greenway and Mallory Court for intimate private dining, weddings and a range of celebrations including a baby shower, christening, birthday party or anniversary.

“Being outdoors, tucked away in the privacy of our glorious grounds, adds an element of adventure and excitement to any event.”

He added: ‘It is the perfect setting for an intimate proposal or a wedding. A wedding breakfast for 150 people could be held in a marquee on the lawn or for 60 inside the hotel. Guests could be seated either side of the central aisle outside the events spaces as the wedding couple exchange their vows. We can offer a drinks reception with nibbles and canapes, afternoon tea parties, private dining for up to 16 guests or a barbecue.”
