Hastings Hotels unveils three senior appointments
Aileen Martin becomes commercial director, Archana Dharni becomes marketing director and Eoin McGrath, who was previously luxury sales manager, has been promoted to assistant sales director
Hastings Hotels has announced three new director positions, as Aileen Martin becomes commercial director, Archana Dharni becomes marketing director and Eoin McGrath, who was previously luxury sales manager, has been promoted to assistant sales director.
In her new role as commercial director, Martin will oversee the strategic development and commercial plans of the Sales and Marketing departments.
Meanwhile, Dharni joins the company with almost 20 years’ experience in marketing, brand and product management, and delivering high-profile, high-value global trade exhibitions. As marketing director, Dharni will lead, manage and direct the overall marketing activities of the group’s six hotels.
Finally, as assistant sales director, McGrath, who joined the company in 2015, will lead the sales and revenue teams, helping to develop and implement “innovative and profitable” sales strategies for Hastings Hotels.
