Inn Collection Group launches Give Inn Back campaign

The windows for awards run between 1 March and 30 April and 1 July and 31 August

The Inn Collection Group (ICG) has launched its Give Inn Back campaign with community groups, charities and grassroots sports clubs being invited to apply for a share of a £75,000 fund.

The scheme was established in 2022 and grants £2,500 to each of the company’s sites across the north of England and North Wales, with the teams at the sites choosing which causes in their local community to support.

A total of £44,000 was awarded across the North East, Cumbria and North Yorkshire in the first year of the initiative, with a total of 27 good causes receiving funds from 23 ICG sites.

The fund will grow with 12 sites reopening following refurbishment by December, ensuring even more support is offered across the estate.

Sean Donkin, managing director of Inn Collection Group, said: “Give Inn Back was a great success in 2022 and we were delighted to be able to help so many organisations and good causes through the fund.

“We understand the responsibilities we have to support the communities where we have inns and by allowing our teams at the sites to determine how to award their Give Inn Back fund, we are able to do this in a really effective way. There were some brilliant causes helped in 2022 and we hope by inviting introductions in 2023 we will be able to help an even broader range of causes and activities.”

The windows for awards run between 1 March and 30 April and 1 July and 31 August.
