The An Mor Hotel in Bude, North Cornwall, has been brought to market for an undisclosed amount.
The four-storey property, which includes 29 en-suite bedrooms and two family rooms, is located on an elevated plot within the small coastal town, with views of Bude’s Summerleaze Beach. The area is a popular destination among tourists who enjoy surfing, fishing and golfing.
The property also includes a bar, a function room and a vacant restaurant area, in addition to the 160-seat outdoor Coach Beach Bar, which was added in 2022 and has proven “very popular” among residents and visitors.
According to the listing’s property adviser, a new owner could grow the business by reopening the restaurant, catering to weddings and other special events.
Stephen Champion, director at Christie and Co, said: “Having recently benefited from a range of improvements and refurbishments, An Mor is well placed for a new owner to take over and enjoy the likely increase in revenues these changes will generate.
“The business has significant upside in the form of untapped revenue streams, which a new owner could re-establish. We expect strong interest in this beautifully situated hotel.”
