The Chancery Rosewood makes four senior appointments

The Chancery Rosewood has made three senior appointments with Jessica Tapfar as hotel manager, Kate Bowen as director of Rooms, Martin Molloy as director of Engineering and Massimiliano Ziano as director of Culinary.Tapfar joins the luxury hotel with an extensive background in hospitality management. Previously hotel director at The Ned City of London, Tapfar oversaw the hotel’s daily operations and ensured its profitability. 

Her career also includes notable roles as director of Operations at both The Waldorf Astoria in New York and the Waldorf Astoria in the Netherlands. 

Bowen joins from Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, a Belmond Hotel, where she served as director of Operations. Her career also includes her position as director of Guest Experience at The Dorchester Hotel, enhancing guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

With over 35 years of engineering expertise, Molloy takes on the role of director of Engineering at The Chancery Rosewood. He has managed engineering developments at renowned properties such as Raffles The Palm Dubai Most recently, he was the director of Engineering at Bulgari Hotel, London.

Finally, director of Culinary, Massimiliano Ziano brings his 30-year culinary experience to The Chancery Rosewood. His experience spans five-star hotels including The Peninsula in London, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, as well as the Park Hyatt in Seoul and Saigon, and the Grand Hyatt in Shanghai, Singapore, and Jakarta.
