Mortons House Hotel in Dorset has been sold to domestic owner operators off a guide price of £2.45m.
The 21-en-suite bedroom Grade II listed hotel is located in the village of Corfe Castle, just over 14 miles from Poole. The property is home to a two AA-Rosette restaurant with 60 covers and additional bar and lounge areas. Located near the Corfe Castle train station and the A351 the property benefits from road and rail links.
