McKeever Hotels has appointed Stella Grant as group procurement manager in a newly created role aimed at streamlining purchasing across its seven properties.

The position will oversee, align and optimise the buying process and lead the implementation of a local sourcing policy.

According to McKeever Hotels, the policy forms a “core part” of the group’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy and growth plans.

Grant has nearly 30 years’ experience in the hospitality sector and has worked with the McKeever family for 15 years, most recently as general manager of the Dunsilly Hotel in Antrim. She also previously managed the Adair Arms Hotel in Ballymena.

Meanwhile, Tracy Young has been named general manager of the Lodge Hotel in Coleraine, which McKeever acquired in 2024.

Young has more than 35 years’ experience in hospitality and has been part of the Lodge team for nine years, most recently as operations manager.

As general manager, she will oversee the hotel’s day-to-day operations, lead the team, manage the customer experience and coordinate all departments to support McKeever’s ‘We Do More’ ethos.

Established in 1986 as a single restaurant, McKeever Hotels is a family-owned business that now owns and operates five hotels across Northern Ireland and Donegal.
