Three Ibis hotels in the North of England and the Midlands have been sold to an owner-operator on behalf of offshore owners for an undisclosed sum.
The properties include the Ibis Lincoln on Whisby Road, which has around 86 rooms, a bar and restaurant, conference space and free parking, and the Ibis Chesterfield North in Barlborough, which also has 86 rooms, meeting facilities, a restaurant and 24-hour snack service.
The sale also includes the Ibis Rotherham East, located off Junction 1 of the M18, which offers 86 rooms, a café, 24-hour bar, meeting rooms and parking with electric vehicle charging, also has been sold.
Christie and Co handled the entire sales process.
