Lucknam Park has appointed David Griffin as general manager to oversee operational performance and a major refurbishment of the estate.
Griffin brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience across several British hotels and country estates.
In his new role, he will manage all operations across the Cotswolds property, which includes 42 rooms, nine cottages, a Michelin-starred restaurant, an equestrian centre and 500 acres of parkland.
The appointment comes as the estate, part of the Emblems Collection, prepares for a refurbishment of its spa and wellness experience. The planned enhancements include a refurbishment of the outdoor hydrotherapy pool and a redesigned gym with new training equipment.
Griffin said: “I am thrilled to take on the leadership of Lucknam Park at such an exciting moment in its evolution. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the estate’s beauty, heritage and potential.
“The Cotswolds continues to be one of the UK’s most sought‑after destinations, and Lucknam Park plays a defining role in that landscape. I look forward to building on its legacy, enhancing the guest experience and introducing a new level of wellness and hospitality to this remarkable property.”
