Auberge Collection has appointed Jessica Martino Enan as chief commercial officer, a newly created role.

Martino Enan joins the luxury hotel group from Gucci, where she served as executive vice president and global chief digital and client service officer. During her tenure, she led the brand’s digital and omnichannel growth and oversaw initiatives to enhance customer experience.

She previously held senior roles at Louis Vuitton, LVMH and Vogue, and holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

In her new role, Martino Enan will oversee the group’s global commercial strategy across marketing, sales, revenue management, digital and distribution.

Her appointment follows the company’s recent rebrand, which reflects its expanding portfolio of hotels, resorts and residences.

The group is preparing to open Cambridge House, Auberge Collection in London, and The Knox, Auberge Collection in Dallas, both scheduled for 2026.

Recent additions include Collegio alla Querce in Florence and The Woodward in Geneva, with further openings planned in Miami Beach and Houston.

Auberge Collection operates more than 30 properties worldwide, combining design-led hospitality with a focus on local culture and experience.

Martino Enan said: “The brand’s distinctive position within the luxury hospitality landscape is incredibly inspiring, and I am thrilled to join Auberge Collection to help shape its next chapter of growth.”

Christian Clerc, president and chief executive of Auberge Collection, added: “Her deep expertise in the luxury sector, keen understanding of the luxury consumer, and passion for creating exceptional guest experiences will be instrumental as we continue to build the next era of growth and innovation at Auberge.”
