Aimbridge adds first US all-inclusive resort to growing division

Aimbridge Hospitality has added the voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort in Florida to its portfolio, marking the first US property within the operator’s all-inclusive division.

The 335-room resort in Port St Lucie – owned by Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings, led by Feenix Venture Partners and Ghost Tree Partners – is undergoing a £50m renovation and will reopen in early 2026 under the voco hotels brand. The division was launched in August 2025 as Aimbridge seeks to expand in the segment.

The redevelopment includes refreshed rooms and suites, new food and drink concepts and expanded sports and leisure facilities. Plans feature a Riverside Market dining space with live cooking stations, a sports bar, a pool bar, container-based outlets and several specialty restaurants. Aimbridge’s Taste and Theory group is supporting the wider food and drink programme.

Sports and recreation will be expanded through an arcade, activities centre and fitness facilities equipped with Peloton and Life Fitness gear. The property will also offer water sports and marina access, as well as pickleball, tennis and soccer provision through RPS Academy, the sports academy adjacent to the resort.

Craig Smith, chief executive of Aimbridge Hospitality, said: “We are confident we will deliver the high standards of performance and guest satisfaction that owners expect.”

Keith Lee, managing member of Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings, added: “Partnering with voco hotels and Aimbridge gives us the brand distinction and operational expertise to deliver on that vision.”

The resort includes more than 18,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, outdoor event areas and a ballroom for up to 360 guests. It is around 45 minutes north of Palm Beach and within two hours of four international airports.
