Dakota Hotels is set to open its latest hotel in Manchester on 18 May 2019, bringing with it the largest suite in Manchester, a Champagne Room and Cigar Garden.

Situated on Ducie Street close to Piccadilly Station, Dakota Manchester will offer 137 luxury bedrooms, boasting 20 luxury suites – the most in Manchester. The rooms at Dakota Manchester have been created by acclaimed interior designer Amanda Rosa and come complete with an ensuite bathroom, featuring a rainfall shower and bespoke toiletries. In-room features also include a smart TV with full Sky package, complimentary high-speed WI-FI and air conditioning.

The hotel’s penthouse suite, known as the grand deluxe suite, will be the largest and suite in the city offering the “ultimate Dakota experience”. The suite is positioned on the top floor of the hotel and offers both indoor and outdoor space; with a dedicated lounge, dining area, walk-in wardrobe, modern fireplace, ensuite bathrooms with steam showers and a sunken bath. Finished off with a private eighth floor external terrace and far-reaching views across the city.

Dakota Manchester also offers The Dakota Grill brasserie, the Cigar Garden – a purpose-built cigar terrace and the waterside terrace designed for fresco drinking and dining, also available for exclusive use for up to 80 guests.

Founder of Dakota Hotels, Ken McCulloch, said: “The most important thing for me is a hotel that makes you feel special, it’s the finer details that make all the difference. I have only the simplest of tastes. I only want the best. It’s all about the simple things done brilliantly. There’s no place like home, but we’re working on it.”
