Starhotels has expanded its presence in Venice with the opening of six luxury apartments following the restoration of three historic buildings.
The Gabrielli Luxury Apartments are located adjacent to the Hotel Gabrielli, which reopened in August 2025. Milanese designer Andrea Auletta managed the project to combine Venetian heritage with contemporary design for international guests.
The residences are situated in a secluded area near the lagoon. Each apartment features a separate living area, bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with walnut and marble finishes.
Accommodation options include one-bedroom apartments measuring between 39 and 55 square metres. These units overlook the Calle del Cagnoletto or Calle Morosina areas of the city.
A larger two-bedroom deluxe apartment covers 109 square metres across three floors. The property includes two bathrooms and a private panoramic rooftop terrace with views of the city.
Other units include heritage apartments which overlook the hotel garden. These residences feature 19th Century architectural elements, including exposed antique beams and dual-aspect windows.
Residents have access to the facilities at the main hotel. These include the Felice al Gabrielli restaurant, a lounge bar, and a spa featuring a sauna and Turkish bath.
Salvatore Pisani, area manager for Venice at Starhotels, said: “With the opening of the Gabrielli Luxury Apartments, Starhotels strengthens its presence in Venice, expanding our portfolio with a hospitality model that complements the hotel experience, still fully aligned with the group’s values: authenticity, meticulous attention to detail, and deep respect for the destinations in which we operate.
“These residences offer a new take on the Venetian stay: more private and independent, while upholding the quality and excellence that have always defined us.”
