Claridge’s has announced Daniele Quattromini as its new director of food and beverage, who joins the luxury Mayfair hotel after having served the same role at Corinthia London since 2022.
As food and beverage lead at Corinthia, Quattromini was responsible for a team of 250 employees and ran eight food and drinks outlets. He additionally oversaw the opening of the alfresco restaurant The Garden, worked alongside Tom Kerridge and led the launch team of the Mezzogiorno by Francesco Mazzei.
His nine years at Corinthia also included tenures as operations manager for the Northall Restaurant and Bar and deputy director of food and beverage across the hotel in its entirety.
Quattromini has additionally served as food and beverage manager at Cliveden house and ClubLounge39 Manager at CH&Co Group.
He has also been a 2015 Gold Service Scholarship winner, a 2015 Acorn Award champion and a lead judge and competitions group member since 2018.
