The 121-bedroom Delta Hotels by Marriott Swansea has been brought to market individually for the first time following a major investment programme and a 2025 franchise agreement.
The hotel is situated in the city’s Maritime Quarter and features a restaurant, bar, café, and leisure club.
It also contains function and meeting facilities. The property underwent a significant refurbishment completed in 2023 and transitioned from a managed contract to a franchise agreement in May 2025.
Market demand for accommodation in the region has been supported by recent commercial and educational developments. The sale is being offered on a long leasehold basis.
Specialist business property adviser Christie and Co has been instructed to handle the marketing of the property.
