Belmond, the luxury hotel, river cruise and train operator, has signed a second deal with Cadogan Estates to operate Durley House. 

Located on London’s Sloane Street, Durley House is an all-suite, private residence-style property.

It is the second Cadogan Estates hotel that Belmond is set to manage following the news in July that the company had signed a management agreement to operate the 64-bedroom Cadogan Hotel on the same Knightsbridge block.

Both Cadogan Hotel and Durley House are currently undergoing a renovation and are expected to reopen in the summer of 2016, Upon reopening Durley House will have 15 long-stay suites.
