The 28-bedroom Seiont Manor hotel, located in Wales’ Snowdonia National Park, has been put on the market for an asking price of £2m.
The property, which is currently operated by Hand Picked Hotels, is set within 22 acres of Welsh countryside near Mount Snowdon and features conference facilities, 40-foot indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, restaurant and a bar.
Ryan Lynn, associate director at Christie & Co, which is handling the sale, said: “Seiont Manor is a truly beautiful hotel and fabulous wedding venue drawing couples from across the country to this tranquil corner of North Wales.
“It is also an adaptable site which would allow a new owner to put their own personal stamp on the stunning site.”
He added that adjacent to the hotel is a disused grade II-listed manor house, which offers an opportunity for a future owner to enhance the business with additional accommodations. Planning permission is approved for seven additional bedrooms and four meeting rooms.
