The winners of the annual AA Hospitality Awards have been revealed at a ceremony hosted by comedian Hugh Dennis at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.

Simon Rogan, of Cumbrian restaurant L’Enclume, was named the AA’s Chef of the Year 2016, while Pierre Koffmann, of Koffmann’s at The Berkeley, received the AA Lifetime Achievement award for his commitment and dedication to the hospitality industry.

Meanwhile, the Hotel of the Year Award winners – which is split into five categories London, England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland – included Northcote in Langho; The Angel hotel in Abergavenny; Cromlix Hotel in Dunblane; The Beaumont in London; and Manor House Country hotel in Enniskillen.
