The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) has expanded into the Asia Pacific market through a new partnership with Condivo.
It is the first time the not-for-profit trade body will offer its Quality Accreditation Programme in this part of the world. ASAP currently accredits over 100,000 properties globally.
James Foice, chief executive of the ASAP, said: “My vision when we first launched our Quality Accreditation Programme back in 2014 was for it to become a truly global scheme for our serviced apartment sector and it’s absolutely fabulous to see this becoming a reality now.
“This means that we now have ISAAP/ASAP quality accredited operators in some 130 cities worldwide in 12 countries across 4 continents which consolidates our position as the only global quality accreditation programme for our sector.”
Chris Miller, chairman of Convido added: “We at Convido and our teams in Australia and the Philippines are absolutely thrilled to have secured the Quality Accreditation from the ASAP/ISAAP. We look forward to developing a close partnership with the ASAP as we expand further in the Asia/Pacific region.”
