Provider of online reputation management solutions for the hospitality industry ReviewPro has published a ranking of the Top 10 highest rated hotels in London.
The list has been compiled based exclusively on online guest reviews by users of more than 100 travel websites over the last 12 months.
Over 599 3-to-5-star hotels in London were analysed and coming out on top was Hotel 41, a luxury hotel in the centre of the city with a guest satisfaction rating of 96.3 per cent.
The hotel, which is part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, stands out in particular for its excellent service, cleanliness, and central location. The Haymarket Hotel, also a 5-star hotel, follows closely in second place with a rating of 96.1 per cent.
The technology developed by ReviewPro has also allowed the company to gather the best and worst valued concepts of the city’s hotels through analysing language used by guests within the reviews themselves.
CEO and co-founder of ReviewPro RJ Friedlander says: “The internet offers hotels a limitless source of information on their customers’ experiences which, when managed adequately, enables them to improve performance in all areas for every type of hotel, from small, boutique establishments to large hotel chains.”
Suzie Wotton, vice president of marketing at Red Carnation Hotels, says: “Working with ReviewPro enables us to stay in touch with what is being said about our hotels online. This ensures we receive customer feedback instantly, can respond to our customers quickly and make informed decisions on how to improve the quality of our guest experience.”
