Cameron House joins scheme to protect national park

Scottish five-star resort Cameron House, located within Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, has announced its commitment to helping conserve and enhance the area by joining a new Friends of Our Park sustainability scheme.

The resort has signed up to the scheme which will raise funds from guests to directly support priority projects in the Loch Lomond area of the national park including helping to protect wildlife, such as native red squirrels, and improving footpaths.

Located on the banks of Loch Lomond in Scotland’s first national park, where the lowlands meets the highlands, the resort is introducing a voluntary visitor giving scheme of £1 per stay from 30 November 2017.

Andy Roger, Cameron House resort director, said: “We really are privileged to be located within the national park, in such a magical and unique setting. The stunning views and landscape all add to the very special experience of staying here at Cameron House.
