Boutique London hotel Flemings Mayfair has appointed Paul Rafferty as hotel manager, a brand new position within the company.
He joined Flemings in 2013 as rooms division manager, bringing experience from a variety previous positions including front of house at the Courthouse Hotel, supervising the property’s rebranding, and reception manager at Sofitel London Heathrow as head of department.
Rafferty will oversee the running of operations as well as introducing new and existing clients. He will also act as deputy for the general manager Henrik Muehle and work closely with Michelin-starred chef Shaun Rankin and his team at the hotel’s destination restaurant, Ormer Mayfair.
Rafferty said: “After four years at Flemings, I am hugely excited to be stepping into this new role at the hotel. With the help of my team, I will ensure we maintain an unparalleled level of customer service and I look forward to finding new ways to innovate personalised guest experiences.”
