Kew Green Hotels appoints new director of business development

Lanzkron oversees Kew Green Hotels’ asset management and development activities including management contracts, joint venture partnerships and direct acquisitions

Kew Green Hotels has appointed Justin Lanzkron as director of development, responsible for driving Kew Green Hotels’ domestic and international growth strategy.

The group said the “key appointment” supports Kew Green Hotels’ “continued expansion” in South East Asia and the development of the exclusive partnership with Light Human Hotels to launch hotels from the end of 2022 in international destinations including; Paris, Miami, Toulon, Corsica, São Paulo, Vila Real, Rio de Janeiro and Porto.

Lanzkron oversees Kew Green Hotels’ asset management and development activities including management contracts, joint venture partnerships and direct acquisitions. He is also the senior contact for investment partners, commercial agents and development advisors.

Bringing with him 20 years of experience in the hotel property sector, the firm added Lanzkron’s area of expertise is within UK and international consultancy advice, having worked at several advisory and consultancy firms providing feasibility studies, operator searches, buy-side advice and valuations.

He has also worked for various privately-owned companies, where he has been involved in sourcing, underwriting acquisitions, and asset management.
