Previously, Quattromini was deputy director of Food and Beverage at The Northall Restaurant and Bar, having joined Corinthia London as Northall operations manager in 2017 where he was responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant.

Prior to this, he was Food and Beverage manager at Cliveden House in Berkshire, after working as a general manager for ClubLounge39 in Canary Wharf in 2014 where he spent two years.

In 2013, Quattromini was appointed trainee hospitality manager at law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, before being promoted to assistant hospitality manager.

He began his career at the Hendon Hall Hotel in Brent, where he spent a year in various front-of-house roles, including managing private events. This was followed by a BA in Hospitality Management at Bournemouth University, during which time he completed a number of work placements.

This included a return to Hendon Hall as head waiter, a year at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons as chef de rang, and a brief stint at Chewton Glen Hotel and Spa as head waiter.

Kochs said: “I am delighted to see Daniele achieve this milestone in his career. He will bring inspiring leadership to the Food and Beverage division, and I look forward to continuing to work with him on new guest experiences and moments of culinary excellence.”
