Virgin Hotels has announced reservations are live for its new Virgin Hotels Glasgow property ahead of its 1 December opening.
Situated on the banks of River Clyde, the hotel will feature 240 Chambers spanning across 15 floors, and hosts four dining and drinking options including the Commons Club, Virgin Hotels’ flagship restaurant and bar that acts as a modern-day social club; Highyard, the Funny Library Coffee Shop and late-night bar, Rocks.
The Chambers will feature Virgin Hotels’ signature layout with two spaces. The Dressing Room includes a full vanity, closet space, makeup desk and shower. A sliding door or drapery will separate it from The Lounge, which features a bed with a tufted headboard, a red SMEG mini-fridge and outlets for smartphones, laptops, or other devices.
Virgin Hotels Glasgow will also offer a selection of curated suites including the signature suite, Sir Richard’s Flat. This features a retro-luxury design with a personal bar and games table and velvet sofa.
