The Bath Arms unveils ‘substantial’ refurbishment

In this episode we speak to brothers Alex and Adrien Grosjean, young entrepreneurs who have recently acquired The Residence Inn by Marriott Manchester Piccadilly. We discussed the reasons why Manchester’s visitor market is booming, and their decision to invest in this area, why they see extended-stay accommodation as a major opportunity in what is one of the UK's fastest-growing cities, how they plan to enhance their portfolio of hotels, and their advice for the next generation of hospitality disruptors.

The Bath Arms, near Warminster, has completed a substantial refurbishment which has completely “transformed the property”.

Situated within the Longleat Estate, the property has undergone a two-month revamp with a complete refurbishment of its eighteen rooms and a modernisation of all its bathrooms. The property’s ‘Superior’ and ‘Four Poster’ rooms now also benefit from contemporary, large walk-in showers and guests will be provided with complimentary robes and slippers.

Des Jones, general manager of The Bath Arms, said: “The Bath Arms has been lovingly refurbished as each day we strive to offer standards of hospitality that consistently exceed our guests’ expectations. Whether you are looking a countryside weekend retreat or a gastropub that champions the best of local ingredients, we are delighted to welcome guests to experience our new elevated hospitality service.”
