The Raffles Hotel in Blackpool has been put up for sale with a guide price of £499,995 for the freehold stake.
The hotel has recently undergone a full refurbishment and comprises 15 en suite bedrooms along with a bar and restaurant, reception area and commercial kitchen along with five forecourt car parking spaces.
Towards the rear of the property there is also an owners’ accommodation, which includes an en suite bedroom and private lounge.
The hotel has also been accredited as a 4 star Gold Guest Accommodation by Visit England.
Situated within the new £300m Blackpool Central development, Raffles Hotel offers access to the area’s “popular” tourist attractions including Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Blackpool Tower and the Winter Gardens.
Tom Cunningham, hotels director Savills Manchester, who is handling the sale, said: “This is a well-established, highly rated hotel which has received significant investment in recent years having undergone a full refurb.
“The property benefits from its central location, with the wider area expected to welcome hundreds of thousands more visitors in years to come through the major Blackpool Central regeneration.”
