The Novotel in Milton Keynes has been brought to market, with a price available upon application.
The three-star rated hotel in Milton Keynes city centre features “extensive” conferencing and leisure facilities, as well as 124 en-suite bedrooms, a gym, bar and a 75 cover restaurant.
It is said to provide “excellent” transport links which “attracts an array of leisure and corporate guests”, as it is less than a 10-minute drive to the M1 motorway and Milton Keynes train station, connecting visitors to cities including Northampton in 15 minutes and London Euston in 30 minutes.
Colliers, who is handling the sale, said the property is being offered to the market with vacant possession, free of management or franchise agreement, and that the brand owner, Accor, would “welcome discussions to continue either management or franchise agreement”.
Kit Abram, associate director in the Hotel Capital Markets team at Colliers, said: “The Novotel Milton Keynes offers a great opportunity to acquire an asset free and clear of management in a strong south east market.
“We expect to receive a strong level of interest from UK domestic operators, cross-border, and international capital, as well as institutional investors seeking value-add opportunities.”
