The Elondi Bar on the third floor of Hyatt’s hotel in Stratford has launched its new outdoor terrace, Elondi Terrace.
The new space has opened in collaboration with the award-winning English vineyard estate, Gusbourne.
The new outdoor terrace is a 538-square foot (150 square metre) all-weather, al-fresco hideaway decorated with “striking” furniture and “luscious” flora.
It said Sicilian head-chef Alessandro Femino, who works hand-in-hand with food and beverage director Tommy So, has created a new snacking menu, including sharing dishes, like Spicy Tuna Tacos, Mushroom Arancini, Sweet Potato, Chilli and Ginger or Lamb, Oregano and Goat Cheese sliders.
Additionally, an extensive food menu is also available from the Elondi Bar and Restaurant.
Alongside Gusbourne’s still and sparkling wines, the outdoor terrace also serves a menu of frozen alcoholic and non-al cocktails, aperitifs, beers and spirits, and an extensive offering of still and sparkling wines from Gusbourne.
The hotel confirmed the new outdoor terrace will host live music nights every Friday.
