The QHotels Collection has announced a new partnership with The Legends Tour which will see it host a number of exclusive events.
Formerly known as the European Seniors Tour, presented by Staysure, the Legends Tour is the men’s professional golf tour for members aged 50 and older.
The QHotels Collection’s new Q-Series, unique in its kind, will offer a route for senior players to qualify for the tour’s flagship event, the Staysure PGA Seniors Championship.
As the largest premier golf resort operator in the UK, The QHotels Collection comprises 20 hotel resorts including seven top-ranking golf resorts which have played host to over 20 international tournaments including European Tours, European Senior Tours, Asian Tour and the PGA Cup.
The Q-Series events will take place at two of its premier resorts within The QHotels Collection, Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort on August 8-9, and at Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort on August 15-16.
Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort, set in an 18th Century country estate with views of the Yorkshire Dales and boasts 18- and 9-hole options and both courses were designed by 1950s Welsh Ryder Cup great, Dave Thomas.
Often dubbed ‘The Augusta of the North’, Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort’s championship Hunting Course stretches over 7000-yards.
