New London hotel, The BoTree, has announced it will welcome guests from Friday, 15 September and unveiled its new guestrooms.

A Place III Hotel, The BoTree is located in the heart of London’s West End, standing at the point where Marylebone, Mayfair and Soho meet. The luxury hotel features 199 guestrooms, including 30 contemporary suites.

Food and beverage offerings will include destination Italian restaurant LAVO and The BoTree Bar. These will be shortly followed by additional developments including an event space, a private bar, a wellness space and a rooftop space.

The hotel said it will include welcoming floor hosts who will provide a 24-7 modern butler service for all rooms, on hand to “fulfil guests’ every need” during their stay.

Founder of The BoTree, Rishi Sachdev, said: “The BoTree offers guests a unique hotel experience combining outstanding design, best-in-class F&B, and an intuitive personalised service, while bringing to life Place III’s purpose-driven approach and commitment to Conscious Luxury. Our vision is for it to be a hotel that guests will never want to leave.”

The BoTree will open as a member of Preferred Hotels and Resorts’ Legend Collection.
