Silverstone to manage construction of first UK Passivhaus hotel
If Cliffemount obtains the accreditation, it will become the first Passivhaus-accredited hotel in the UK
Octopi Property has appointed Silverstone, a national firm of chartered building surveyors and project managers, to oversee the build of a new, multi-million pound coastal hotel called Cliffemount at Runswick Bay, near Whitby in North Yorkshire.
