Hybrid accommodation brand Generator has announced “record-breaking” revenues for Q3 2023, resulting in a 17% YTD increase.

The group’s EBITDA also increased 28%, standing at €55.2m (£47.30m). According to Generator, this is the brand’s “most successful year to date”.

It added that after a “record-breaking” H1, the Q3 results confirm “the post-pandemic return of the hybrid accommodation model and the growing demand for mixed accommodations from Millennials, Gen Z, and family travellers”.

Founded in 1995, Generator is the boutique and lifestyle accommodation brand with a growing portfolio across Dublin, London, Copenhagen, Paris, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Rome, Washington D.C. and now New York.

Alastair Thomann, CEO of Generator, said: “At Generator, we are incredibly proud of our 2023 performance and are thrilled to see that Q3 has continued the record-breaking success we saw in the first half of the year.

“Our financial results show our operating model’s resilience and loyal Gen Z and Millennial heavy guest mix, which is great to see heading into the new year.”
