A new boutique hotel, Philharmonic Hotel, has officially opened its doors at 30 Hope Street in Liverpool.
Philharmonic Hotel features 17 rooms, including a bridal suite, rooms with jacuzzi baths and waterfall showers. Some rooms and suites have a separate lounge or kitchen area and all furnishings are high spec.
Rooms can sleep between two and 12 people and a selection of family rooms are also available.
The hotel also features a bar, adorned with chandeliers and lined with plush interiors, which is where the Thai Fusion Pianos restaurant is located. Here patrons a mix of authentic traditional and contemporary Thai dishes will be served.
The restaurant will also serve traditional roast dinners of roast beef, rack of lamb and chicken every Sunday and it serves a full English breakfast 7 days a week for hotel guests and walk-ins.
Brian and Shez Blundell, the hotel owners and developer, said: “We wanted to create something that oozes elegance, class and sophistication that would be perfect for any or all special occasions. We are delighted with the finished product and cannot wait to welcome people into both the hotel and our Thai Fusion restaurant.
“The chefs have been busy for months perfecting the menu and each dish is full of flavour and beautifully presented. ‘Pianos’ is open to the public and not just guests of the hotel. We are so happy to be open in time for Christmas and are looking forward to embracing all the seasonal festivities – we’re overwhelmed with the interest we’ve had so far.”
They added “The team have already taken bookings for Christmas Day Lunch and New Years Eve, and we are truly overwhelmed by the response so far.”
