Milsoms Kesgrave Hall, a boutique hotel nestled in the countryside of Suffolk, has recently announced the appointment of Rosa Ferrara as new general manager.
Ferrara brings a wealth of hospitality experience, alongside a rich portfolio of “extensive” practical knowledge.
Throughout her career, she has held senior management roles at several 4-star hotels and a Michelin-starred restaurant, including the Abbey Hotel in Bath, Norton Park Hotel and Spa in Winchester, and Ettington Park in Stratford Upon Avon.
Looking ahead she has ambitious aspirations and goals for Milsoms Kesgrave Hall, with a focus on delivering cutting-edge hospitality through thoughtful excellence.
Reflecting on her recent appointment, Ferrara said: “As soon as I arrived at Kesgrave Hall, I knew it was the perfect canvas for a luxurious retreat. With 27-bedrooms and stunning spa facilities, this hidden gem offers a sanctuary where guests can escape their everyday worries. The 2 AA Rosette brasserie restaurant has a diverse menu for all palates, and being Italian, I appreciate the generous portions!”
Paul Milsom, managing director of Milsoms Hotels and Restaurants, added: “We are delighted that Rosa Ferrara has joined the team and are confident she will build upon the success of Kesgrave Hall and drive it forward as the leading Suffolk boutique hotel for leisure and corporate guests.”
