The Rollason Wood Hotel in Birmingham has recently been sold for an undisclosed amount.
Located in the north east of Birmingham, the hotel is within easy access to the city centre, rail station, and airport, making it an ideal location for commuting guests.
The sizable hotel features 38 bedrooms, as well as several communal areas including a lounge, bar, and dining area.
Sam Roberts, hotel broker at Christie and Co, who handled the sale, said: “I am delighted to have secured a brand new lease for the current owner, she wished to step away from the day to day runnings of the business and find a new custodian to take the hotel to the next step.
“We found such a party who has now taken the reins and has some grand plans for the business. We wish him, and our clients, the very best for the future at The Rollason Wood.”
