Tower Hill, Olympia and Holland Park all include a variety of fully-serviced studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses with rooftop terraces.

They also benefit from Bob W’s “bespoke” technology, including digital front desk, self-service check-in and 24-house remote customer service.

Niko Karstikko, co-founder and CEO of Bob W, said: “The European market is experiencing a real surge in demand for serviced apartments as guests look for more personalised, unique and sustainable experiences. This trend shows no sign of slowing down.

“These new London openings take us to over 40 properties across the continent, with many more to come over the next few years. As a tech-led, hospitality provider we offer an exceptionally responsive guest experience that delivers a five-star stay every time.”

He added: “Our building requires minimal teams to operate efficiently, enabling us to scale our portfolios at pace.”
