Wrexham hotel attracts new owners and £250k planned investment
One of the lead investors, Hesketh, is already the owner of The Chester Townhouse, a family-run business, and is heavily involved in the hospitality industry
The Holt Lodge Hotel in Wrexham has been acquired by experienced hotelier Steven Hesketh and Daniel Gillon, co-founder and managing director of Onyx Real Estate Liverpool, with plans for a £250,000 programme of investment over the next few months.
