GGE Limited acquires the Beech Hill Hotel
The specialist Hotels team at Colliers confidentially marketed the luxury hotel and spa venue, in Newby Bridge Road, Windermere, on behalf of the Richardson family who had owned the business for over three decades
The 54-bedroom four-star Beech Hill Hotel which sits on the banks of Lake Windermere has been sold for an undisclosed amount to GGE Limited, one of local businessman Richard Berry’s group of companies.
