7 Hospitality Management has appointed a number of experienced hospitality professionals to the leadership team at Thornbury Castle.
The company said that with Giorgia Bosetti, David Williams, and Joanne Reeves onboard, it is “confident that their combined expertise will enhance the guest experience and reinforce the hotel’s standing as a premier destination for luxury, history, and exceptional service”.
The appointments include Bosetti as hotel manager, David Williams as culinary director, and Joanne Reeves as Sales and Marketing director.
Bosetti has a wealth of experience in luxury hospitality, with her background spanning management roles in prestigious hotels across Europe, where she developed a reputation for delivering “exceptional service and operational excellence”.
7 Hospitality said her leadership will be “instrumental” in continuing to uphold the hotel’s high standards while introducing fresh initiatives to elevate guest experiences.
Meanwhile, Williams joins as culinary director, bringing over two decades of culinary expertise. He has held executive positions at several renowned establishments and is known for his passion for locally sourced ingredients and “innovative” menu design.
At Thornbury Castle, Williams will oversee the culinary vision, blending contemporary cuisine with the traditional heritage of the castle.
Finally, as the newly appointed sales and marketing director, Reeves brings significant experience in luxury hotel marketing. Having previously led successful campaigns for top-tier hospitality brands, she is tasked with driving strategic growth for Thornbury Castle. Her focus will be on enhancing brand visibility and attracting discerning travellers for luxury stays, weddings, and events.
