UK hotel investments to return to 2019 levels, Savills finds
Hotel investment transactions across the country in the current year to date have hit £3.82bn, surpassing the total 2023 volume by £1.6bn
Year-end volumes of the UK’s hotel investment transactions are forecast to reach £5bn, bringing activity back in line with 2019 levels, according to Savills.
