Leonardo Hotel Exeter has unveiled its newly refurbished conference and meeting facilities following a £400,000 refurbishment. The project saw the refurbishment of the hotel’s seven meeting rooms, all of which are fully equipped to hold meetings, presentations, training sessions and other events.
The newly renovated meeting rooms all feature “modern, fresh” décor and lighting, AV equipment including LCD projectors and white screens, adjustable air-conditioning, adaptable, modular furniture, blackout facilities, multiple phone lines, refrigerated mineral water, flipcharts, paper and pencils, alongside both WiFi and wired internet access.
The hotel’s seven meeting rooms cater for different group sizes and meeting styles. All meeting rooms are located on the lower ground floor and a large, shared breakout area is available in the hotel foyer where groups can enjoy a break with refreshments.
Guests will be able to book the newly renovated spaces through Leonardo Hotels’ online booking service, Instant Meetings, which allows customers to check live availability and prices of meeting rooms online, view and select their favourite meeting spaces, choose additional food and beverage options and receive instant booking confirmation.
