Christian Baker partners with Rockingham to launch hospitality talent agency

Hospitality recruitment industry expert Christian Baker has revealed the launch of Paragon, a new end-to-end talent solution agency backed by Rockingham Partners.

This new venture aims to “revolutionise” how hotels and restaurants attract and nurture their most valuable asset – their people.

Drawing on Baker’s experience in both luxury hospitality and talent acquisition, Paragon will aim to address the unique challenges faced by the hospitality sector in today’s competitive market – offering a comprehensive suite of services, designed to streamline the recruitment process and enhance employee retention.

Baker has implemented successful talent acquisition strategies at renowned establishments such as Fortnum and Mason and Luxury Family Hotels. Most recently, Baker spear-headed retention and recruitment for Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane and Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square.

Paragon has been founded to provide a robust three-pronged support system for hospitality HR functions in the UK, offering internal talent acquisition strategies, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and niche headhunting.
