Beechfield House in Wiltshire has announced that it has promoted its operations manager Nick Rosescu to hotel manager.
In his new role he will oversee all aspects of the hotel as part of his new role, focusing on enhancing guest experiences and fostering team cohesion.
Rosescu brings a wealth of experience having risen through the ranks at hotel chains, including Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, and Shangri-La.
He has held roles in concierge, guest relations, bar and restaurant management, and more.
Notable positions in his career include front office manager at Shangri-La Dubai, director of front office operations at The Mangrove Sanya in China, and director of rooms at the Sea View Resort in Thailand.
Rosescu said: “Beechfield House has an outstanding reputation for excellence, having been awarded 4 Red Stars and 2 AA Rosettes consistently over the years. I will continue to strive to enhance guest experiences, drive operational excellence, and help the business thrive in an ever-competitive industry.
“My goals are to develop a strong, cohesive team culture, increase revenue through efficient practices, and ensure the hotel continues to exceed expectations while maintaining its charm and award-winning reputation.”
Chris Whyte, owner of Beechfield House, added: “Nick’s promotion to Hotel Manager is a natural progression given his outstanding contributions since joining us.
