Radisson Blu London has announced the launch of ‘The Lounges’, a new dining concept available at some of its central London properties.

Located at the Bond Street hotel, The Lounges will offer a curated menu of classic British dishes crafted with regional ingredients.

The concept caters to the growing demand for comforting, locally sourced meals,
appealing to international guests eager to experience authentic British flavours.

Each Lounge is designed to reflect the character of its hotel, featuring elegant décor,
contemporary art, and comfortable seating, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Signature dishes include freshly battered haddock and chips and homemade
shepherd’s pie, alongside lighter choices such as salads and sandwiches.

Now part of the Axiom Hospitality Group, Radisson Blu London’s portfolio comprises
nine design-led hotels.

Emma Figge, head of marketing and brand at Axiom Hospitality, said: “Our
goal with The Lounges is to create a space where guests and locals can enjoy
quality British cuisine in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

“The concept reflects the growing demand for convenience without compromising on exceptional dining and is perfectly suited to our central London locations.”

Radisson Hotel Group is an international hotel group, operating in EMEA and APAC
with over 1,430 hotels in operation and under development in +95 countries.

The Radisson family of brands portfolio includes Radisson Collection, art’otel,
Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Radisson Individuals, Park Plaza, Park Inn
