Manchester hotel The Midland has partnered with chef Adam Reid to launch its brand-new private hire and events offering, Events by Adam Reid at The Midland.
The new concept is aimed at high-profile corporate networking events to personalised occasions for friends and family and offering a bespoke version of Adam’s Northern food style.
Separate to Adam Reid at The French, the award-winning restaurant situated off the hotel’s lounge bar, Events by Adam Reid at The Midland is designed to cater to larger groups.
Events will be held in The Midland’s grand Mount Street Dining Room and Bar, which can host up to 150 guests for standing receptions while seated dining arrangements can accommodate up to 80 guests.
Alongside this, bespoke banqueting can also be offered for up to 600 in other spaces within The Midland hotel if required.
Guests can opt for three different types of menu all at different price points. First is the ‘A Little Bit of Something Fancy’ menu, a selection of bite-sized canapés designed for pre-dinner receptions and networking occasions, starting from £30 per person.
Next is ‘The Picky Tea’ option which draws inspiration from the comforting tradition of northern buffet-style dining, featuring a spread of finger foods and bowl dishes that can be served as a standing buffet or in a seated format, with prices starting from £45 per person.
For a more traditional dining experience, ‘The Family Dinner’ menu option provides a more formal, sit-down meal with a starter, main dish and dessert priced from £75 per person.
The Midland is part of Leonardo Hotels UK and Ireland which currently operates 56 centrally located hotels and over 11,000 rooms.
It has four brands – Leonardo Hotels, Leonardo Royal Hotels, Leonardo Limited Edition Hotels and NYX Hotels across a growing portfolio.
