The Park Tower Knightsbridge, a Luxury Collection Hotel, has announced that general manager Sue Finlay, is stepping into retirement after 33 years in the hospitality industry.

Out of the 33 years, Finlay spent 12 of them at The Park Tower Knightsbridge.

Under Finlay’s leadership, The Park Tower transformed into a “high-performing workplace where employee development, team success, and guest satisfaction became core to its culture”.

Prior to joining The Park Tower Knightsbridge, he held a variety of leadership roles at Starwood Hotels, including front office manager, sales manager, director of sales and marketing and hotel manager.

The team at The Park Tower Knightsbridge, said: “Sue’s vision, warmth, and unwavering commitment have left a lasting mark, both on the people she worked with and the legacy she leaves behind.

“As Sue begins this new chapter, we celebrate the journey and the impact. The Park Tower Knightsbridge—and everyone who had the privilege of working with her—will always be grateful. Wishing Sue joy, rest, and new adventures ahead.”
